Charlene brings extensive technical expertise in the fire door sector and is a key asset to our fire door division. She joined the company in 2006 as an office assistant and has since gained experience across multiple areas, broadening her knowledge in both operations and sales. Charlene leads sales and operations , building strong relationships with new and long-standing clients while co-ordinating operational activities to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
