As daughter of the directors Rebecca assisted her parents during her school summer holidays in the start-up of Essential Designs in 2001, helping with the installation of the IT & communication system. She then joined the company full-time in 2003 as an office assistant and over the years Rebecca has assisted other members of the team before settling into the role of accounts manager. More recently Rebecca has moved to the role of marketing manager, driving PR, marketing and the Essential Design Group brand.
